Promoting Your Site To Achieve Number 1 Position

Then you will manually add all the details of your website and submit it for their consideration. There are two drawbacks to this method, one is time and the other is knowledge. It takes a long time to manually type in all details to each search engine and then repeat it for the next one and the next one and so on. It also requires the knowledge that your site is 'optimised' (no faults) and ready for search engines to look at it. If you have faults, most search engines will ignore the site completely. If you are determined to do it yourself, the only remedy is to search the internet and learn as much as you can concerning site optimisation.
